Responsive Design Reviews
We offer design reviews & analyses per your requests, or can assess your product or system and make recommendations for the types of reviews & analyses that will best suit your requirements. A key component of our reviews is transparency as well as noting all assumptions, risks, and any areas that may need further investigation.
Product Design & Development
Our experience with development and testing has helped us develop robust methodologies for product design & development. These methodologies provide greater key characteristic predictability and control, shortening the iterative process for developmental efforts.
Product Testing & Support
A key component of successfully meeting requirements is understanding test specifications & methods. We have extensive experience conducting tests both internally and with external facilities for tests such as Thermal Stress, Power Quality, Shock & Vibration, Salt-Fog, Sand & Dust, MIL-STD-461, and more.
Responsive Design Reviews
Responsive design reviews result in low-latency feedback cycles. Much of a project’s success relies on identifying and addressing issues in the early phases of the product lifecycle. Product Testing & Support
Planning & performing test activities can become overwhelming while managing product development & production. To ensure your program stays on schedule, we’re available to collaborate on all aspects of your project in order to support your schedule goals.
True product support implies support from first article through system sunset. Support of legacy systems such as modification, refurbishment, and requalification can become difficult due to the lack of qualified systems or personnel. Our experience in this area has provided us with the unique skills required to keep legacy systems operational despite the challenges of aging equipment and personnel.

Portfolio
Working with military and aerospace industries has provided us with a broad range of experience. We’ve had the opportunity to support A350 XWB first flight qualification, A380 systems production, high-power electric motor testing, repair & reverse engineering of legacy systems for Standard Missile 3 (SM-3) controller & actuator testing, and more. A few of the additional systems we’ve supported are also shown below.
E8-C Sustainment
Support for E8-C was performed with Northrop Grumman and Honeywell Aerospace for the USAF. Joint STARS Antenna Servo Electronics (ASE) Automated Test Equipment (ATE) was obsolete and required replacement & commissioning. The antenna simulator also required general sustainment, including alignments, troubleshooting, repairs, etc. Our support of the Joint STARS ASE helped minimize aircraft on the ground (AOG), which resulted in maintaining critical battlespace data aqcuisition in multiple theaters of operation.
LGM-30G Sustainment
Support for the LGM-30G Minuteman III weapon system was performed with Northrop Grumman for the USAF/USSF. Systems supported were ICBM ground systems including 450 launch facilities (LFs), 45 missile alert facilities (MAFs), and several test facilities at Vandenberg AFB. Engineering support included system baseline conformance reviews to identify deficiencies & vulnerabilities and propose corrective actions. Legacy upgrades were also performed including fabrication & commissioning of Automated Test Equipment for ICBM cryptographic systems. Additionally, legacy hardware replacement was performed, including production of kits for LF and MAF security system upgrades.
ISS Sustainment
Support for the ISS was performed with Tandel Systems (now Belcan) and Honeywell Aerospace for NASA. Engineering support & troubleshooting was provided for systems including Power Supplies, the Carbon Dioxide Removal Assembly (CDRA), and the Onboard Data Network (ODN). Engineering support was also provided for the Orion Spacecraft electronics testing, specifically for automated test equipment (ATE) design, fabrication, & commissioning.
